Step Three - Set the NUMBER of listings to display

The MAXIMUM number of listings that can be displayed is 50 and the default if not specified is just 1.

However, the number you actually should use is usually determined by the type of listing used in Step 2 as explained below:

  1. For the NORMAL listing style (where you set &y=2 - which is suitable for many records/one category per page) a good number of listings to show would be the latest 10... or even 20... although you can show up to 50 is you really want to.

    Set &n=20 to display twenty listings on a page by themselves

  2. If you use listing types 1 or 3 (&y=1 or &y=3) then I'd suggest you use this to display between one and five listings on a page mixed in with other content.

    Set &n=5 to display five listings in with your other content on a page.

Go on to Step 4 - Select which STATE you want to search.
Back to Step 2 - Select the TYPE of listing to show.
